Quick answers and guidance for using MYM365.

My Songs

Use My Songs to review lyrics, listen to previews, select your song version, and access completed songs. Your available options depend on the order status.

Earnings

Open Earnings to see your own USD commission records. Songs, Video Calls, Recruiters and Leaders are separate views. Pending amounts are not yet paid; paid amounts reflect recorded payout status.

Video Calls

Availability and calling options depend on your account permissions. Call charges and commission records are handled by the server. Contact an administrator if a transaction looks incorrect.

Recruiters and Leaders

These earnings views show commissions credited to your account, not other users’ personal balances. Team reporting may be provided separately according to your permissions.

Switching accounts

Open the three-dot menu (⋮) at the top-right and select Log Out. Once logout succeeds, you can sign in with another account. Logging out does not erase purchases, balances, or commissions.
